Seeing Double

Man... been a nice Vaca' so to speak .. and it will continue to be so .... .still, when I heard about this yesterday .. damned if it didn't put a smile on my face.  The IIRA ( been in existence for well over a decade), IMRG and the new, gutted out and improved, IARG .. all participating.  I'm currently a member of the first two, and used to be with the third. Nice to see them all supporting a common cause; a great dealer up there.

Bison Thunder Motorcycle: I met these folks last year when I was up in MN riding with the North Winds IIRA chapter for the week.  Doug, one of the owners,  is a big, soft spoken guy.  The other half of the ownership team , his wife,  is a sweetheart.  They have a beautiful dealership on the NW side of the Cities up there.  They've had to deal with a lot of BS the last year or so, and this will bring closure to it all.  They have a beautiful dealership, multi level, with a cool factor to it.

If my schedule wasn't full, I'd be there for this event in a week and a half. They are doubling down on their investment with two locations.   Their current successful one, and the new location that picks up where the previous entity failed.  I know it's putting a smile on a lot of folk's faces .. as well as smirks ... for good reason.  I'm guessing yet another couple.. will be riding by ...   spying...   taking pictures..   conniving  ..  you name it.  But make no mistake... it's a Brave New World .. and Bison is leading the charge.   Bison's staff has more than a few folks that I've met in the past, working elsewhere and now .. working somewhere that brings them happiness and less stress.

I wish them all good luck!  They won't need it, but every lil bit helps!

I wonder if Art is going to be hanging out in front of the dealership, in the street perhaps, with a card table, trying to shill his "charity" items...
