Tipping in Mexico ...

Yesterday I see it come up again in reference to tipping Butlers and Concierges.  When I saw this response, which got lots of comments ... I was thinking ....  WTF?   So, I took it upon myself to update it!  LOL.  I consider myself a fairly good tipper but ... holy crap.... someone was smoking some weed and sipping tequila?
