Working out...

Well.. here I am still injury free... been so long since I've been able to train , really train, I almost forgot what it was like! Weights are starting to get respectable.. and the joints are beginning to hurt a little. Unfortunately, not dropping weight like I expected. Getting old and the metabolism is really slowing down. I can't believe I'm still wearing the same waist/pants, and yet I'm doing aerobics five times weekly, and working out about 5 times a week with the weights.. crazy. Good news is,I'm continuing to grow in muscular size, so SOMETHING has to give soon!
