POOL Refresh

Image
Jess down there '03 Back around 1995 installed with a couple of buddies a 24' round above ground pool during the summer heat.  Then I built a 20'x24' deck by myself after work hours, in that heat.  We enjoyed that  for eight years, but twenty years ago we ripped it down and put in our main pool.  Since then, we've replaced a couple of pump motors, a filter housing but that's about it.  I'd heard that after ten years or so, we'd have to redo the plaster.  But, here we are twenty years later and just now replacing the plaster.  Hell, we could have gone a few more years but visually I was ready with the stains on the plaster.  Friends of ours just had some repairs done and new plaster so I leveraged their contacts and got a quote.   Around 19Jan got my quote, seemed reasonable so moved forward.  Few weeks later gave them the first half and they showed up to drain it and start the process.  Few days later they were sanding the sides giving the original plast

That's it?

Love the Country. Love the State.  But ...   downtown?  Weak
