finally ..getting back into shape... really

Started up again yesterday.... in fact headed out to the gym in a few moments..

What's different this time? I'm taking pictures , daily if possible, to create a running slide show to capture the event so to speak. My hope is , in 60 days, to post on this site/ you tube, a 60 sec 'movie' showing the change..

If I really had 'b@lls", I'd do it real time and post the pics as of today... but... wasn't pretty :)
