Brand New Kings Mountain, NC built Indian Chief Vintage - Rare and Desirable piece of motorcycle history
As many of you may know, we were the very first Indian Dealer when the Indian Chiefs were built in North Carolina. This very rare and very special motorcycle is brand new, never been titled and will carry a 1-Year Warranty direct from Indian Motorcycle.
The Chief Vintage was the most historically styled model and the Flagship of the Kings Mountain built Chiefs. It was also the most expensive Indian Chief built at that time, selling for near $36,000.00. The Chief Vintage was also a 'numbered bike' and held a special designed badge. This incredible Vintage is number 321. The memorable and desirable colors were found on Indian Motorcycles as far back as the 1930's. The leather is the original 'distressed leather' and is complete with grain and color variations. This leather is the basis for the leather on the current Polaris built Indians.
The Fuel Injected Power Plus 105 engine has proven to be very powerful and also dependable. The 6-speed transmission was built by Baker and the brake system is from Brembo. The entire motorcycle was built from the very best components and each one was hand assembled by two master artisans from bare frame to completed motorcycle. The fit and finish of the Kings Mountain Chiefs is legendary and has never been duplicated due to the shear man hours that this build process required.
The 2010 Chief is very rare with only 340 bikes built in the total production of all models. Only 1100 total Kings Mountain Chiefs were ever built from 2009-2013 and many are in collections all over the world. FYI, 2011 is the last year the Chief was built in Kings Mountain, NC and subsequent KM designed bikes were built in Spirit Lake Iowa under the ownership of Polaris who purchased the brand in mid 2011.
This is a chance to own not only a rolling work of art, but to also own an important part of Indian Motorcycle history. To have the chance to purchase a brand new Kings Mountain Chief is a once in a lifetime opportunity.

It was quickly pointed out by many in the 'know' that .. well... that was incorrect. Which is when the fun began. After it was pointed out the individual pretty much had zero idea what he was talking about, he went off the deep end. The new spin was... it's not new and pretty much everyone commenting was an idiot for thinking so. Now, take a look at the pic. See the whitewalls with the original dressing on them? The plastic near the front and rear? The gorgeous distressed brown leather? This bike was stored for the last 7 years or so and is literally .. brand new. Now, it's listed as a 2010. Not an '18 .. or '17 .. but ... never titled .. so .. literally .. a brand new 2010. I remember back in '85 I bought a 'new '82 right out of the crate. In '02, I bought a new '00 off the showroom floor. You know.. .bikes that didn't sell immediately for various reasons and newer models had followed them to the dealers. They were .. NEW. Just not the latest model. The one in question was in 'cold storage' for all those years I was told. Remember, there were only about 1,000 of these built over a five year period. But, you can't fix stupid. I mean .... how do you explain the following?

Which FAILED miserably . then there's the imbeciles out there that have to attempt to show they know it all & everybody else is wrong !
