Losing weight......

..............is simple.

Starve yourself, go run yourself to death.  Done.  Now, it's not that simple, doing it correctly,  for a thousand reasons.  Mainly, losing weight needs to be a lifestyle change.   Otherwise, once you get where you are going, you'll most likely regain what you lost.. and probably more.  Fact.   Also, if you 'starve' yourself, the body has self defense mechanisms to try and store fat.  None the less.  Trust me.   You can starve yourself into a lighter you.

But what is difficult is.........

1.  Gaining Muscle.   Gaining muscle takes months .. years.. to pack it on.  Everyone wants it.  Women, if they don't , should.  I'm not talking freaky muscle.  That's borderline impossible for anyone without the utilization of pharmaceuticals.  But, pure muscle, is pure beauty. We all want it.  You want it.  You just may not realize it

2.  Losing Weight without losing muscle.  Okay.. THIS , is the bitch .  This is what is difficult.  Losing body fat, while maintaining muscle.  Many of us spend years adding muscle mass to our bodies, and the last thing you want to do is watch it go away because you dieted wrong , and your body burns muscle while it stores fat.  The ultimate taboo.  Bodybuilders and and folks into hardcore fitness know exactly what I'm talking about.  This, is hard work!

3.  Losing weight, while gaining muscle.  This is the ultimate goal, or should be , of all.  BUT, it's nearly impossible.   You have to truly understand nutrition.  Exercise Physiology.  Your own body.   This, is the hardest thing of all to do.

Great workout today.   Hour of aerobic activity.  Not to high stress. Burning fat.  Now , off to get some protein and carbs into my system to keep the bodies metabolism up,  Ensure I don't' find my system in a Ketonic state..... later
