First time I've taken Gym pics in a long time.  Starting to feel pretty good ... and lean , in comparison to where I was a few months ago!

It's obvious from the pics I need to get the traps area worked and trim down the waistline a notch more.  Along the way, the chest, arms and legs should harden up.  Muscles are getting back their size , but strength is going to take a long time to get back.  However, every workout, reps and weights are going up.  Hopefully by 1 MAR, should have some respectable weight back on the bar!
